5. Payment Terms

• ⁠Fees: Consultation fees and service charges.
• ⁠Payment Methods: Cash, card, online transfers, UPI, Razorpay, WhatsApp Payment.
• Taxes: 18% GST applicable.
• Late Penalties: ₹10,000 INR for overdue payments.

6. User Obligations

• ⁠Prohibited: Hacking, spamming, reverse engineering.
• ⁠Ownership: Content, code, designs, pictures, or videos you submit remain your property.

7. Intellectual Property

• ⁠ mediawagon.in retains ownership of all pre-existing materials, tools, and methodologies used in providing services.
• Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all custom deliverables created under this agreement, including but not limited to software code, designs, and marketing content.
• mediawagon.in reserves the right to showcase deliverables in its portfolio, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
• Users retain rights to their IP.

8. Disclaimers

• ⁠Services are provided “as-is” with no uptime/outcome guarantees.

9. Liability Limitations

⁠ ⁠Not liable for indirect damages (data loss, downtime).

10. Termination

• ⁠We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations.

11. Governing Law

• •⁠ ⁠Disputes fall under Hyderabad, India jurisdiction.
